As an industrial and executive leader, he served as the Chairman of the Israeli Export and International Cooperation Institute, overseeing Israel's export which surpassed 126 billion US dollars in 2021, with over 50% stemming from high-tech related industries. Founding Partner of REEM Partners and former Managing Director and Senior Advisor at LCM Partners, Rafael brings extensive experience in investment and advisory roles at Bain & Company, Merrill Lynch, and PwC across Europe, North America, and Latin America. His recent experience includes advisory and buy-side mandates for a top 10 bank in the Eurozone and two leading financial institutions in Latin America. He is also an Adjunct Professor of Private Equity at IE Business School and IEB and an alumnus of the INSEAD MBA program.
Jorge Garcia
Executive Committee Member & Risk Officer of REEM Partners, Jorge Garcia was Managing Director at Liwa Capital Advisors and Lead of Client Management for Private Clients at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank.. Earlier he was the Head of Distribution for the Americas for Belgrave Capital Management Ltd. And Vitruvius Sicav. He began his career with the Bank of New York and subsequently worked at Bankers Trust Company, and Goldman Sachs in New York and Miami, concentrating on US, European and Latin American engagements. He served as Partner of Banco Icatu in Rio de Janeiro and was an Executive Director with Morgan Stanley in New York. Mr. Garcia-Garcia earned an MBA from Columbia University Business School and a Bachelors in Arts from Brown University.
